EMP2 serves federal, public, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sector customers. We offer expertise in energy and program auditing services, energy program development, identification and development of alternative funding sources for energy and water conservation projects, energy engineering, measurement and verification (M&V), and project management services.

We bring over 30 years of experience to regional and national commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy programs. Since 1997, our work in the region has included over 800 audits, 3,500 site inspections, and more than 1,100 completed projects. Nationally, our federal Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) Project Facilitation work has delivered more than $300M in annual savings for federal agencies, over $1.9B in ESCO investment, and 5M MBTUs saved in just a five-year span.
