We provide federal project facilitation for the Department of Energy's (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) program.
Our team includes four FEMP-approved Project Facilitators, bringing deep technical and financial expertise to ESPC projects at federal facilities across a wide range of agencies. EMP2 authored the FEMP M&V Guide 3.0 and the M&V Guideline used by the Department of Veterans Affairs for specific energy projects where developing energy baselines and tracking energy efficiency is paramount to project success.
